Rules for using Dream OS platform services.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Dream OS, Dream Trivia, Dream Festival, Dream Store, business accounts, customer engagement tools, promotional campaigns, analytics dashboards, networking systems, and related platform services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dream OS, Dream Trivia, Dream Festival, Dream Store, business profiles, networking tools, websites, dashboards, applications, forms, or related services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

Dream OS is a business growth ecosystem designed to help businesses improve visibility, customer understanding, engagement, discovery, networking, analytics, commerce visibility, and promotional activity through digital and live experiences.

Important Platform Positioning: Dream OS is a technology and engagement platform. Dream OS is not a bank, money transmitter, investment advisor, financial institution, law firm, accounting firm, or tax advisor.

3. User Accounts

Users may create accounts to access certain features, participate in engagement experiences, submit information, contact businesses, view offers, or use platform services.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Not impersonate another person or business.
  • Not use fake accounts, bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation.
  • Not manipulate participation, voting, trivia, analytics, orders, or platform activity.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

4. Business Accounts

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, fulfillment, and customer-facing quality of their content, products, services, pricing, images, videos, offers, campaigns, business descriptions, and communications.

Businesses may not:

  • Make false, deceptive, exaggerated, or misleading claims.
  • Promote illegal, prohibited, unsafe, or restricted products or services.
  • Use fake reviews, fake leads, fake orders, or fraudulent engagement.
  • Upload content they do not own or have permission to use.
  • Misuse customer information, platform analytics, or business data.
  • Use Dream OS to harass, mislead, spam, or manipulate customers.
Dream OS may review, approve, reject, restrict, suspend, or remove business profiles, products, videos, offers, campaigns, or account activity that violates platform standards or creates risk.

5. Dream Trivia Terms

Dream Trivia is designed as a promotional, educational, and customer-engagement experience. Users may watch business content, answer questions, view results, and interact with business profiles, offers, or Dream Store experiences.

No Wagering Requirement: Standard Dream Trivia promotional participation is designed to avoid user wagering. Separate promotions may include additional official rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, timing rules, prize rules, or sponsor terms.
  • Participation may be subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Results may require verification.
  • Prize claims may require identity, eligibility, duplicate-entry, and fraud review.
  • Dream OS may disqualify fraudulent, automated, abusive, or manipulated activity.
  • Separate campaigns may include additional official rules.

6. Dream Festival Terms

Dream Festival is a live business discovery, customer engagement, entertainment, and community experience. Participants agree to follow venue rules, public safety requirements, event policies, sponsor rules, security instructions, and applicable laws.

Dream Festival activities, contests, vendor participation, performances, and promotional programs may be subject to separate event terms or official rules.

7. Dream Store Terms

Dream Store may allow businesses to display products, services, offers, business videos, profile information, lead forms, customer requests, or external purchasing links.

Businesses remain responsible for product accuracy, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, taxes, refunds, customer service, warranties, licensing, safety, and legal compliance.

Dream OS may provide storefront infrastructure, visibility, analytics, and customer-engagement tools, but businesses remain responsible for their own products, services, customer obligations, and legal requirements.

8. Payment Processing, Banking & Financial Services

Dream OS may connect businesses with third-party payment processors, banks, merchant-service providers, financial technology providers, or financial institutions.

Banking services, payment processing, merchant accounts, lending, underwriting, settlement, chargeback handling, transaction monitoring, account approvals, and financial-service decisions may be provided or controlled by independent third-party providers.

Third-Party Financial Services: Approval, underwriting, pricing, funding speed, processing limits, account availability, financial-service access, and compliance review are not guaranteed by Dream OS.

9. Billing and Subscription Terms

Some services may require subscriptions, service fees, transaction fees, promotional fees, event participation fees, sponsorship fees, or other charges.

  • Plans, pricing, and features may change over time.
  • Features may vary by tier, account type, approval status, or availability.
  • Businesses may upgrade or downgrade plans where available.
  • Refund terms may vary by product, service, promotion, event, or subscription type.
  • Unpaid balances or disputed fees may result in account limitation or service interruption.

10. Prohibited Conduct

  • Fraud, deceptive activity, or misrepresentation.
  • Fake engagement, fake accounts, fake leads, fake orders, or platform manipulation.
  • Uploading malware, harmful code, executable files, or unsafe content.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, spam, or harmful behavior.
  • Scraping, copying, reselling, or stealing platform data.
  • Attempting to access admin systems, restricted areas, or other users’ accounts.
  • Using the platform for illegal activity or prohibited services.

11. Content Ownership and License

Users and businesses retain ownership of content they lawfully upload, submit, or provide.

By uploading or submitting content, users and businesses grant Dream OS a limited license to host, display, format, store, distribute, promote, analyze, and use that content for platform operations, marketing, business profiles, analytics, customer engagement, moderation, and related service functionality.

Users and businesses must have the rights necessary to upload, publish, or share all content submitted to Dream OS.

12. Intellectual Property

Dream OS branding, designs, systems, software, workflows, graphics, platform concepts, dashboards, page layouts, text, source code, business systems, and proprietary materials are protected intellectual property.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, imitate, resell, or misuse Dream OS intellectual property without written permission.

13. Privacy and Analytics

Platform use is also governed by the Dream OS Privacy Policy.

Dream OS may collect and use data related to platform usage, customer engagement, analytics, fraud prevention, business activity, account operations, support, security, and platform improvements.

Businesses may receive analytics or reporting related to customer engagement, campaign activity, product interaction, business profile views, and operational trends.

14. Disclaimers

Dream OS provides services on an “as available” and “as provided” basis.

Dream OS does not guarantee:

  • Specific sales results.
  • Specific customer growth.
  • Specific event attendance.
  • Specific trivia participation.
  • Approval for banking, processing, lending, or financial services.
  • Specific revenue, profit, deposits, investment returns, or business outcomes.
  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free platform operation.
Dream OS participation, subscriptions, promotional activity, analytics, marketplace visibility, or financial-service referrals should not be interpreted as deposits, securities, investment products, guaranteed income, or guaranteed financial returns.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages related to platform use, business activity, customer interactions, events, promotions, third-party services, technical issues, or financial-service decisions.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to all users.

16. Account Suspension and Enforcement

Dream OS may suspend, restrict, terminate, review, reject, or remove accounts, businesses, products, campaigns, content, offers, trivia participation, or platform activity that violates these Terms, threatens platform integrity, creates legal risk, or appears connected to fraud, abuse, manipulation, or harmful conduct.

17. Third-Party Websites and Services

Dream OS may link to or integrate with third-party websites, banks, processors, payment platforms, marketplaces, sponsors, vendors, analytics tools, or external services.

Dream OS is not responsible for independent third-party policies, pricing, approvals, uptime, performance, privacy practices, security practices, financial-service decisions, or content.

18. Changes to Terms

Dream OS may update these Terms periodically as the platform, services, policies, integrations, laws, or business operations evolve.

Continued use of Dream OS services after updated Terms are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
